DINAMITE – traveling south next to the coast we find one of the most atractive wine regions of Portugal – Bairrada. Located in the west center of the country, the vineyards that we find here give us the so known and famous sparkling wine, with centuries of history in the region.

Aware of the importance and reputation of Bairrada, both national and international in the production of sparkling wines, Portugal Boutique Winery wanted also to contribute to the maintenance and preservation of this secular culture.

In the production of Dinamite sparkling wine, PBW chosed to use classic methods, specifically the bottling without dosing. The most common variety in this region – Baga – is used in Dinamite Rosé and Dinamite Blanc de Noirs. In the case of Dinamite Blanc de Blancs, Bical, Arinto and Chardonnay prevails.

The Dinamite sparkling wine is the reflex of the region’s terroir. Expresses the character and the purity of the clay soils of Bairrada.
