“After 20 years of working for others, I decided to make my own wines.

I started as a winemaker in the Douro. I’ve always loved what I do! Life led me to have a career, but the truth is that I always wanted to do something for myself!

I was looking for independence! It’s not so much about freedom, it’s more about doing what I want. In my independence, I do what I want, how I want!

In December 2021, I decided to start my own business. I put together a group of investor friends and we went ahead with the project: António Braga Wines.

We have two lines in our range. One that we like to call the contemporary classics and another that tells original stories.”
